Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of consulting services provided by Sonder North Co LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Nevada, USA. By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not engage or use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Sonder North Co LLC provides operations consulting services to businesses and individuals globally. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for services will be outlined in a separate written agreement executed prior to the commencement of services.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
Attend scheduled sessions punctually.
Adhere to any agreed-upon deadlines and collaboration timelines.
Refrain from using our services for unlawful purposes.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees will be communicated in advance and outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
4.1 Subscription Billing & Commitment
Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis, billed in advance. Each subscription month includes:
One (1) 90-minute onboarding or strategy session at the start of the engagement.
Weekly 45-minute consulting sessions thereafter (typically 3–4 per month).
Clients are highly encouraged to commit to a minimum of three (3) consecutive months to realize meaningful operational outcomes and strategic consistency.
At the conclusion of the three-month period, we will conduct a 90-minute evaluation session to review progress, reassess goals, and adjust the service plan as needed.
Your subscription automatically renews every month on the same calendar day as your original sign-up, unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
Note: While the three-month commitment is currently a recommendation, it may become a contractual requirement in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and reflected in an updated version of these Terms.
4.2 Rescheduling Sessions
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule any session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions may be freely rescheduled to a mutually available time, and no session will be forfeited due to rescheduling.
If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new time; however, rescheduling is subject to availability.
We encourage timely communication to ensure you receive the full value of your scheduled sessions.
Please note that frequent last-minute rescheduling may impact your access to preferred time slots and could affect overall program momentum.
4.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel the engagement at any time by providing written notice at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
Once canceled, the engagement will not renew, and you will retain access to any remaining sessions until the end of the current paid period.
No refunds are issued for unused time or missed sessions once an engagement month has begun.
4.4 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial use of the month, missed sessions, or unused time.
Full or partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where service delivery fails due to a fault on our part (e.g., repeated cancellations or non-performance).
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the incident in question.
5. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information you disclose during the course of our engagement. Likewise, you agree not to disclose proprietary or confidential information received from us.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, methodologies, templates, and content provided during the consulting engagement remain the intellectual property of Sonder North Co LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them for commercial gain.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or business results from the use of our consulting services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Sonder North Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect your name and email address for the purposes of client communication, service delivery, and internal recordkeeping.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary for service provision (e.g., payment processors). By using our services, you consent to our data practices in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or via direct notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
